It was established in Iraq and is headquartered in Baghdad by Professor Dr. Alaa Al-Saedi and Mr. Hussein Atiya Alwan. The firm was founded with the goal of providing high-level professional services across Iraq, built upon more than 25 years of accumulated experience in financial, accounting, and administrative fields, both in Iraq and in several other countries, across a wide range of managerial positions.
